🎨 1. Court Setup & Themes

Use the Right-Hand Sidebar to select your court theme. The default is NCAA Final Four (Blue/Gold). Other options include Stealth Slate, Classic Oak Hardwood, and NBA Vegas Cup. Toggle overlays like the Spacing Heatmap and Deep 4-Point Arc from the Tactical Toggles section.

⛹️ 2. Roster & Player Management

Drag individual players from the sidebar onto the court, or use the 📥 Drop All Players on Court button to instantly deploy all 5 offensive (green) and 5 defensive (red) players in one tap — ball auto-snaps to the point guard.

The Auto-Defense Alignment engine automatically positions defenders between the ball handler and the hoop. Double-click any player to edit their jersey initials (e.g. PG, KD).

✏️ 3. Drawing Tools (Left Palette)

• [V] Select / Move: Drag players and the ball.
• [A] Straight Arrow: Draw passing or run lines.
• [D] Dashed Cut: Draw dashed cut lines.
• [C] Curved Arrow: Draw smooth movement paths.
• [S] Screen Pick: Draw a T-Bar screen symbol.
• [T] Coaching Note: Type text directly on the court.
• [E] Eraser: Delete lines, players, or text.
• [W] Whistle: Blow the coaching whistle.

⏱️ 4. Timeline & FastBuild Engine

The timeline dock at the bottom lets you build animated playbooks. Draw paths for players in Frame 1, then click FastBuild — the engine teleports players to path endpoints and auto-creates Frame 2. Use ▶ Play to watch the full sequence animate.

📖 5. Tactical Playbook (33 Sets)

Scroll the right sidebar to access 33 elite NBA & NCAA playbook sets across four categories: Modern Offense, Classic & Tactical, Special Inbounds (BLOB/SLOB), and Defensive Systems. Each play loads a coaching HUD with frame-by-frame instructions and WHAT-IF scenarios.

⏱️ 6. Game Time Mode

Click ⏱️ Game Time for a distraction-free full-board view. All editor tools, analytics, and panels auto-hide instantly, giving you maximum court space during live games and timeouts.

Use 📋 Show Panel to reveal the roster, playbook, and sequence frames on demand without exiting Game Time. The Full / Half Court toggle stays accessible at all times.

📱 7. Install the App on Your Tablet

Android / Chrome: Tap 📱 Install App in the header to trigger the native install prompt.

Apple iPad / iPhone: Tap 📱 Install App and follow the on-screen instructions (Share → Add to Home Screen in Safari). Once installed the app launches in strict fullscreen — no browser chrome.

⛶ 8. Full Screen

Tap ⛶ Full Screen in the header to enter native browser fullscreen mode and maximise court visibility without installing the app.
